Cyril was born in London, arriving in Melbourne in February
1911 with his Parents,
Edward and Florence on board the steam ship, SS Moravian.
Cyril worked as a motor mechanic, loved brass bands, test
cricket and aussie rules football.
Was a bandsman in the citizen military forces band in 1927,
later with the Salvation Army bands.
Married Nina Pagram in 1931 had 6 children 5 boys and the
joy of his life was his daughter Joy Elizabeth.
